Legal Counsel (6-month project, potential to extend)

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team for an initial 6-month assignment , with the potential for extension. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a fast-moving environment and make a real impact from day one. What you’ll do: Provide day-to-day legal support to our operations in Spain Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and suppliers Advise on data protection matters (GDPR) and other compliance topics Collaborate with legal teams in other countries when needed Support various business teams during an exciting phase of growth and structuring What we’re looking for: Qualified lawyer in Spain , with relevant legal education and bar membership Proven in-house legal experience Strong background in commercial contracting Good knowledge of data protection regulations Fluent English (spoken and written) – you’ll occasionally support cross-border matters A proactive, business-oriented mindset and ability to work independently What we offer: A 6-month project with the possibility to continue Real responsibility and ownership from day one A flexible, collaborative, and international working environment
