Planning & Stock Coordinator | Fresh Produce | Kent Looking for your next step in planning within a fast-paced food production environment? We're working with a well-established, high-volume fresh produce business supplying top-tier UK retailers. They're looking for a confident, proactive and organised individual to take ownership of planning and stock coordination across their 7-day site operation in Kent. If you thrive in dynamic settings where each day brings new challenges and where you can make a real operational impact this could be your next move. What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing daily production plans aligned with customer orders and factory capacity Supporting medium and long-term planning strategies Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders Driving stock accuracy through ERP systems Collaborating with Packhouse, Warehouse, Commercial, and Technical teams Using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency Providing 1-in-3 weekend cover (with time off in lieu) What You'll Need: Experience in a Fresh Produce, FMCG or Chilled Food Manufacturing environment Strong communication skills and ability to manage time-sensitive demands Comfortable with ERP systems and confident making data-led decisions Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset The ability to work cross-functionally in a busy environment What's on Offer: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience 23 days holiday 8 bank holidays (flexible) High visibility within the business and senior leadership exposure Collaborative culture where you can shape planning processes and strategy Interested or know someone who might be?
