IT Deployment Support Technician

Your new role You'llbe supporting the client as an IT Deployment Support Technician,responsible for supporting the refresh and migration of end-user devices.Working under the direction of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, you'llplay a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of new laptops and the collection of legacy equipment, all in line with the project's migrationschedule. Key Responsibilities include - Setting up andoperating the Refresh Clinic Migrating andrefreshing laptops for end users Logging into systemsas instructed to support device setup Collecting and handingover devices in line with the migration plan Updating workflowmanagement systems accurately Escalating unresolvedissues to Post-Migration Support Engineers Conducting dailymanual stock checks and reporting findings Ensuring securepackaging and classification of returned devices Moving equipmentbetween storage and clinic locations daily What you'll need to succeed Valid SC Clearance British Citizenshipand a UK passport Experience in IThardware deployment or desktop support Strong attention todetail and ability to follow structured processes Comfortable working in a secure, fast-paced environment What you'll get in return A rewarding contract alongside a pioneering organisation on an initial 3-month initial term paying a competitive day-rate.
