Role Summary Join our Engineering team within the Cargo Vehicle Inspection (CVI)division, where you'll play a key role in developing clear, user-friendly technical documentation across the product lifecyclefrom concept to aftersales. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce manuals, guides, and training materials that support operators, service engineers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Research and gather technical information across engineering, manufacturing, and service teams. Create and maintain: - Operator manuals - Service and warranty documentation - Technical reference guides - Build process and work plans - Wiring and mechanical drawing packages - Training and presentation materials Ensure documentation meets project deadlines and quality standards. Manage document revisions and maintain a structured publication library. What Youll Bring Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Experience with electro-mechanical systems and diagnostic processes. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Hands-on approach and a background in manufacturing or engineering. Qualifications & Tools HNC or equivalent in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing). Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign. Skilled in Microsoft Office. Apprenticeship or practical experience in a technical field is highly desirable.
