MEP Manager - (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Manager) Main Work Location: Wendover Green Tunnel (North) Buckinghamshire Permanent or Contract ME&P experience on large scale civils projects is essential About The Role: Morson Talent are seeking a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Manager to join a joint venture on one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects at Wendover Green Tunnel in Buckinghamshire. The MEP project manager plays an essential role in construction and innovation, focusing on the coordination and completion of MEP systems. This position involves overseeing the planning, design coordination, and implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, budgets, and deadlines. By serving as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors and clients, the MEP Project Manager will ensure that all MEP installations are completed to code and operate efficiently as part of the overall building design. Your expertise not only helps create safe and functional environments, but also supports sustainability and energy efficiency goals. Through meticulous project management, they maintain a balance between operational requirements and aesthetic considerations, ensuring that each project achieves its goals smoothly and efficiently. About The Candidate: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing related field or Civil Engineering Experience in a similar role Large scale civils experience PMP Certificate would be preferrable Experience working on large scale civils projects Must hold a CSCS White or White/Yellow AQP card as a minimum Must hold a full driving license
