Accounts Administrator

Rugby based Temporary to Permanent £13.50 per hour 35 or 40 hours per week - flexible on the start time 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday 4.30pm finish on a Friday Our small, friendly, Rugby based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their small team. Main tasks: Purchase and Sales Ledger Monthly bank reconciliations and balance to trial balance Compile monthly sales figures Make foreign payments Balancing petty cash Taking phone calls from suppliers Deal with invoices and Purchase orders Resolve stock queries Complete costing forms on Excel Responding to emails General admin tasks Person Spec Must have previous Sage experience At least 2 years accounts experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel Flexible approach Must be able to work to deadlines Organised and methodical A good sense of humour essential Please call us for an informal chat about the role.
