Key Responsibilities: Lead on core HR processes including onboarding, performance, and progression Design and deliver learning sessions to boost skills, leadership, and internal progression Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition, and belonging Support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching across teams Manage key HR systems (ATS, LMS) and ensure tools and templates are people-first and scalable Support internal communications and engagement initiatives aligned with company values Embed storytelling, values, and purpose into training and development Essential Skills & Attributes: Some HR generalist experience with a good understanding of UK employment law (no formal qualification needed) Passion for learning and development, and the confidence to deliver engaging sessions Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Fun, engaging, and authentic personality—a modern, progressive thinker who leads with empathy and impact If you're passionate about people, love creating positive change, and want to play a key role in shaping a brilliant employee experience—we’d love to hear from you.
