You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries across phone, online and in person. Location : Milton Keynes Salary: Up to £27,777.50 per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week : 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm) As this role is based on-site five days a week, you'll need to be able to travel to our Milton Keynes office reliably - access to your own transport is essential. Snapshot of your role Provide a friendly and professional reception service at our Milton Keynes office, welcoming visitors and supporting colleagues on site. Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media and in person - always within agreed service levels and with a focus on early resolution. Take ownership of enquiries, ensuring they're followed through to completion and recorded accurately in our systems. Monitor and manage incoming post and digital enquiries, making sure they're directed appropriately and handled efficiently. Support the Customer Relations Team by reviewing survey feedback, following up with customers and helping resolve any outstanding concerns. Work closely with other Customer Relations Team to share knowledge and maintain a consistent, high-quality service. Your toolkit for success Experience in a customer-focused role, handling enquiries across phone, face-to-face and online Confident dealing with complaints and finding positive, practical solutions Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure Comfortable using IT systems like Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams A supportive team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail Please read the attached Job Description before applying so you get the full scope of the role.
