Application Support (Dynamics 365) Woking (Hybrid) £50,000 - £60,000 Package Join our IT team to support and enhance finance applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IBM Cloud Planning Analytics. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd line support for D365 F&O and IBM Planning Analytics. Manage user access and assist with system navigation and best practices. Monitor system performance and support month/year-end processes. Handle incidents and changes using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, HaloITSM). Support upgrades, testing, and UAT using Azure DevOps and LCS. Automate processes using Logic Apps, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services. Maintain documentation and deliver user training. Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and company policies. What Were Looking For: 24 years experience supporting D365/ App support Strong understanding of ERP and ITSM practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience with 3rd party finance solutions and integrations. Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and Power BI.
