Admissions, Enrolment and Funding Officer Permanent Positions, 2 Roles Available Full-Time: 35 Hours per Week (1.0 FTE) Part-Time: 17.5 Hours per Week (0.5 FTE) Grade E | Salary Range: £29,932 – £33,470 (Pro-Rata) Please note: A pay award is currently pending We are one of the largest partners of the University of the Highlands and Islands, a partnership of 11 colleges and research institutions comprising Scotland’s newest university. UHI Inverness has locations at Inverness Campus and also the Scottish School of Forestry (Balloch), a growing hub for research, innovation and enterprise set within a 215 acre site. We are currently seeking an Admissions, Enrolment and Funding Officer to join us on a permanent part-time basis. Job Purpose: To ensure a responsive, efficient and effective service for applicants/students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. To cover all tasks associated with initial enquiry stage, through application, admissions, funding and enrolment until the student has commenced their course and funding is in place. Ensuring the accurate and timely data input and maintenance of student records from application to enrolment. Ensuring data is of the highest quality and reliability for onwards reporting. The post holder will also play a key role in ensuring the college complies with any guidelines and regulations around non-UK nationals including student route visa applicants and learners. *Please specify in your application whether you are applying for the full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.5 FTE) position.
