Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage, operate, and maintain the Odyssey POS system. Ensure data accuracy across the system, including pricing, stock levels, and transactions. Liaise with store teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries. Monitor and report on POS performance and discrepancies. Assist with process improvements and system updates. Support the Financial Director with POS-related reporting and analytics. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, distribution, or bookkeeping. Currently employed (applications from unemployed candidates will not be considered). Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Odyssey POS is advantageous (full training will be provided). Sound knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
