Guide/Relief Manager

This is a rustic and intimate bush lodge sleeping a maximum of 12 guests at a time. Here, privacy and tranquility meet unforgettable wildlife adventures, with unrushed game drives and immersive bush walks designed for true connection with nature. Candidate requirements; Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field guide and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, NDT, PDP, ARH, etc) must be fully up to date and valid Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential Must be computer literate Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker Must be a natural leader Strong decision-making abilities under pressure Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must reference incredibly well Responsibilities include check-ins and check-outs, with some managerial duties
