This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Head Chef and helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences. REQUIREMENTS: Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training. 35 years experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Creativity and passion for high-quality food presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. This is a live-in position.
