Marketer (Agri & Retail)

What You’ll Do Build and maintain value-adding relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Conduct market research, negotiate with suppliers, and identify growth opportunities. Offer technical advice, tailored quotations, and after-sales support. Leverage digital tools to optimise reporting and decision-making. Manage logistics, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Drive good governance and uphold excellence in all marketing activities.  Requirements & Skills Grade 12 relevant in-house sales training OR NQF 5 Diploma. Minimum 4 years’ related experience in Agri/Retail sales & marketing. Proven ability to work independently under pressure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Supplier networking experience (advantageous). Own transport – non-negotiable. A growth mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities. The ability to navigate complexity with sound, pragmatic judgement. Results-driven with achievement orientation. Self-aware, adaptable, and always ready to add continuous incremental value.
