Regional Operations Director

A leading flour milling group is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Director to drive performance across its operations in Kinshasa (DRC) or Pointe Noire (Republic of the Congo). This high-impact role offers the chance to lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production sites in Africa. Key Responsibilities: Lead performance improvement using Manufacturing Excellence tools, guide strategic plans, support CAPEX/OPEX execution, and enhance team capabilities across multiple sites. Focus on improving operational systems, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
