Electrical Team Lead

What youll do: Lead and mentor a small team of artisans and technicians Plan shifts, assign tasks, and ensure electrical maintenance work is completed safely and on time Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly Work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently Monitor maintenance costs and drive continuous improvement Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture What you bring: Electrical Trade Test qualification and relevant electrical certification Experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical maintenance Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills Based in or near the Vereeniging area If you have the skills and drive to lead an electrical team to success, please apply by sending your CV to
