Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the company’s HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage full payroll process via HR Torque and SAGE integration. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and disciplinary documentation. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare. Oversee HR compliance, including EE, B-BBEE, COIDA, and safety reporting. Assist in performance management and update job descriptions. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (essential). Honour’s Degree (advantageous). At least 6 years’ experience in HR and payroll. Immediate availability advantageous. NOTE: POSITION IS BASED IN PIETERMARITZBURG
