Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape! Responsibilities: Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs, manage risks, and enhance supplier performance. Lead contract development and compliance, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards. Build strong supplier relationships and maintain in-depth market knowledge to support sourcing decisions Monitor and report on supply chain performance, delivering insights and driving continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management; or Logistics Management or Business Administration 7 years experience in Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
