Job Title: Operational Office Administrator Location: Sandton Position Type: Full-time Salary: R4000 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Office Administrator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, implementing and maintaining office procedures, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Implement and maintain office procedures and systems - Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup, and catering - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Manage office budgets and expenses - Maintain office cleanliness and organization - Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle confidential information with discretion - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in office administration or a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Experience with HR-related tasks is a plus If you are a self-motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for organization and office management, we encourage you to apply for the position of Operational Office Administrator.
