INTERNAL SALES Established and successful company in the construction industry a successful franchise network is looking for an Internal Sales Specialist in Centurion. DUTIES: To manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generate sales, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. To build & maintain good relationships with customers Generate customer quotations Achieve sales targets Stock management Managing back-orders Procurement of stock, as and if needed Sales and related administration MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric or Equivalent with math or business studies Excellent customer service ability with at least 2 years of internal sales or customer servicing experience Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong numeracy and administrative skills Previous Pastel Evolution experience Any technical/construction/tooling or similar background or knowledge
