Job Description
SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER – GRADE D: £48,338 - £56,204 LANARKSHIRE HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED We are an innovative and progressive Housing Association, which is continually growing and currently have 928 properties in management. We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the Property Services Department to help us provide a high-quality customer focused service. Reporting to the Property Services Director, you will be joining the department in a new role responsible for coordinating Repairs, Cyclical, Compliance and Asset Management services. As Senior Property Officer you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the service whilst ensuring that all services are of exceptional quality that maximises customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to the requirements of the Scottish Social Housing Charter and achieve excellent outcomes and standards. As a contributor to the Leadership Team, you will improve the operational performance and strategic business direction of the Association, leading to the achievement of organisational vision, aims, objectives and performance targets. The successful candidate will have a relevant technical qualification with experience of a broad range of duties within the field of repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned works and void property management. Previous experience of working within a social housing background is desirable. You must possess a full current driving licence.
