Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid – 3/2 split, Tuesday is a core office day) Salary: £47,500 – £55,000 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday About the Role Are you a Senior HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a Business Partnering role ? Do you have notable experience in Employee Relations , TUPE , and stakeholder management ? As HR Business Partner, you’ll provide expert guidance and support across the business, managing complex ER cases, driving people initiatives, and supporting key business changes. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of complex Employee Relations cases (20 simultaneously) Lead on TUPE processes , ensuring smooth transitions Partner with senior stakeholders across the business Contribute to organisational change and HR projects Support and advise line managers on HR best practices Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislation Requirements Demonstrable experience handling 20 ER cases at one time – please include examples when applying Strong TUPE experience – ideally leading, not just supporting transitions Background in the private sector (essential) Proven ability to work at pace, stay organised, and manage competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Must be eligible to live and work in the UK CIPD Level 5 or above Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Wimbledon What You’ll Get A highly visible role within a respected organisation Opportunity to step up and make a real impact Supportive team culture Hybrid working (3/2 split) Ready to make the move?
