Job Title: DevOps Engineer Work Location: Edinburgh (2 to 3 days) Other working conditions - travel/on call/shifts - UK/Nato nationality is a must The Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on DevOps Lead Engineer to manage, secure, and continuously improve our organization's IT application CI and CD with Security measures. This role combines deep technical knowledge, covering a wide range of DevOps tools and skills, experience in troubleshooting, build and release. Candidates must have an end-to-end understanding of the development life cycle and DevOps roles and responsibilities like automation, security, process, and operations. Your Responsibilities Proficient in CI and CD and automation testing Strong understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles Strong understanding of DevOps organization and Agile methodology Software delivery, strong understanding of CI and CD Experience in software delivery and release process Required tools are Ansible, DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform etc. Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience: CI, CD automation Docker Kubernetes (K8s) Ansible Jenkins Version maintenance tools Grafana Unix and shell scripting Azure Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience: Power Transmission and Distribution domain
