Nursery Manager

RME Consultants are currently hiring for an experienced and driven Nursery Manager to become part of a growing nursery in Woking, Surrey Role: Nursery Manager Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Location: Woking, Surrey Duties of a Nursery Manager: Responsible for safeguarding the safety and well-being of Early Years aged children within the setting at all times Overseeing the day to day running of the nursery Promote a secure, safe, nurturing and educational environment that fosters learning across the nursery Leadership including motivating and mentoring of your team Working closely and in partnership with parents and local authorities Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices Marketing for the nursery setting to help to drive the nursery forward Acting as mentor and line manager to all nursery colleagues Requirements of Nursery Manager: To be an inspirational leader and dedicated team plater A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification recognised by relevant authorities. To demonstrate care and compassion with a positive "can do" attitude.
