Management Couple

Intimate Boutique Bush Lodge sleeps a maximum of 14 guests at a time. Completely off the grid with a solar plant on-site (backup generator) and borehole water. Candidate requirements; Previous lodge management experience (min. 5 years experience) Guide must have min of FGASA Level 2/NQF4 (must be current) First Aid Level 1 (min requirement) PDP (must be current) Excellent admin skills Good communication skills Must be able to manage staff and the lodge daily Great customer relations and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of boreholes, solar system, and generator (would be beneficial) Qualifications for the lodge manager First Aid Level 1 (min requirement) Package; Management couple to live on site in a newly built 2-bedroom house with open plan kitchen/lounge and covered patio. Bathrooms are en-suite. Small office. The second bedroom may need to be occupied by another staff member/relief guide, or manager. Covered carport. 6 week on 2 week off work rotation NOTE: No kids, but may consider if the kids are in high school and attend boarding school No pets
