The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Court of Protection department, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will gain valuable experience handling complex and high-quality cases involving property and financial affairs for vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters Advising clients and their families with empathy and professionalism Building long-term client relationships Working alongside experienced specialists to deliver outstanding service About You : A qualified solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE), ideally with some exposure to or a strong interest in Court of Protection work Strong communication and interpersonal skills A client-focused, compassionate and ethical approach Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialist team What’s on Offer?
