Sheet Metal Worker (Rosslyn)

Manufacture parts and assembly of autoclaves. Cutting and development of steel sheets. Cladding of boilers, including fitting mineral wool Drilling holes into steel blocks, doors, catches and weights. Install autoclave doors Fit door chains and connect counterweights Rolling backends of boilers Mount and fit autoclave insulation cladding Grinding and finishing some metal parts Marking and cutting catch pot assembly Marking and cutting element covers Assist in general work in factory as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Min Matric 5 years' experience in sheet metal work in a manufacturing environment. DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL EDICATION.WORK EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES Understand and correct interpretation of design drawings Effective Time Management and Record keeping Methodical Able to work under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills with superiors, colleagues and suppliers Attentive to details Ability to multitask and to be able to use own initiative. Accurate with relevant experience within the field of metal work along with knowledge in organizing effectiveness and the ability to impart knowledge effectively.
