Job Description

Stakeholder Management, upward and downward Jira and Confluence ITSM Deep knowledge of project management skills Extensive involvement in software project proposals Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies In-depth knowledge and experience of PMO activities ITPM knowledge Data Analytics/Data Engineering industry experience. Agile working experience. Analyse, translate and communicate business requirements. Understand Data Engineering concepts. Understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS). Understanding Software Development Cycle. Understand integration between different technologies. Identify, Assess and Mitigate risks. JIRA and Confluence. Implement the product vision and roadmap. Research, understand and evaluate product requirements on the part of business and translate them into high quality product backlog items. Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval. Use various techniques for efficient business process modelling, conceptual prototypes, traceability, and quality management techniques. Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes. Maximizing product value within the available internal/external capacity per sprint and measure performance of these feature teams. Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables. Eliminate impediments for development of the product scope. Support troubleshooting, resolving, and closing of Production Support tickets (Incidents & Problems tickets) within defined SLAs.
