Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities: Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and events. Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction. Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and operating efficiently. Monitor stock levels, orders, and cost controls. Assist with menu planning, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance. Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in a remote bush environment with flexible hours. Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous.
