Qualification BTech / BSc in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field Postgraduate Qualification in Quality or Food Safety Management Requirements Minimum 5 years in a senior quality role within the FMCG manufacturing environment. 8 Years in quality management in food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred Duties Lead and manage the quality department ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and food safety standards Develop and implement quality control policies and SOPs Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing Train and mentor quality and lab staff Interface with regulatory bodies and manage audits
