The business is growing and they're looking to expand the friendly and professional customer service team with the addition of a Customer Service Advisor. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person for customer enquiries, offering top-tier support via phone and email. Your goal will be to deliver a smooth and positive experience for every customer interaction. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries. Deliver prompt, polite, and knowledgeable responses to phone and email enquiries. Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically. Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to provide accurate information. Handle orders, requests, and applications. Keep detailed records of conversations and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs. Offer suggestions for improving the customer service process. Assist in guiding and supporting newer team members. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. What You'll Bring: Strong communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Experience in a customer service role, ideally involving phone support. A team player attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
