Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction. Team Leadership Support recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff. Motivate and supervise team members to maintain high performance and morale. Assist with scheduling and rostering. Guest Experience Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a guest-centric culture focused on personalized service. Inventory & Cost Control Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships. Support budget monitoring and cost control initiatives. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Help enforce brand standards and operating procedures. Minimum Experience & Requirements Matric; Hospitality qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Valid RSA ID and Drivers Licence preferred.
