JUNIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in agriculture / forestry or related field 3-5 years experience in agriculture or field based operations Experience in a supervisory role Independent, proactive, eager to learn and results oriented Strong social / interpersonal skills Exposed to meeting and/or working with people from different cultures and background (Ideally has travelled outside home region / overseas and especially Asia Willing to learn different languages Comfortable to live / work in remote area KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Oversee daily field operations activities: planning, harvesting, crop care & road maintenance. (PDCA) Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills Analyse field productivity data to identify areas for performance improvement (for daily activities and process improvement initiatives).
