🔑 Key Responsibilities: Full operational oversight in collaboration with the Operations Management Team Budgeting, financial performance monitoring & strategic reporting Staff management, training & cross-departmental leadership Supply chain, procurement & vendor management Championing guest satisfaction, sustainability, and service excellence Driving innovation, operational efficiency & luxury brand standards Collaborating with Head Office to align with group-wide strategy 🎯 Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in General Management within a luxury lodge environment Formal hospitality degree/diploma (advantageous) Deep understanding of game reserve operations and luxury safari standards Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of OPERA Cloud or similar PMS preferred Valid RSA ID, drivers license & own vehicle required Must be a well-presented, hands-on team player with excellent verbal & written communication If you and your partner are ambitious self-starters with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
