Part-time Year 6 teaching role in BS7 - September start Start date: September Location: Bristol Contract: Fixed term Working pattern: Full-time Your new company This North Bristol primary school is looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their classrooms for 1 day a week covering PPA time. This role will be working in Year 3. This school is in BS7 with public transport available, and a car park on the site of the school. This school is highly regarded and receives excellent feedback from parents and visitors. This school is centred around children as they are looking for a like-minded individual to join their PPA team and excel the children to be the best that they can be. Your new role With this PPA cover role in Year 3, within this BS7 school, you will need to have strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be teaching a KS2 class on this one day a week, in completely different roles. You will need to be well-versed in both curriculums and cover the work that the class teacher has done whilst picking up their day-to-day responsibilities. You will need to be able to work independently and use initiative as well as demonstrate resilience when coping with the everyday challenges of working with young children. This role is open to ECTs and will be best suited to individuals who enjoy supply teaching.
