SPLD Study Skills Tutor University of Westminster We offer: Competitive salary (£28 £3.38 accrued holiday pay), Working hours: Part-time/Flexible Relevant professional body memberships (PATOSS, BDA, PASSHE, ADHSE, Dyslexia Guild preferred). Introduction Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced SPLD Study Skills Tutor to join our team at University of Westminster. This is a part-time role offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students. Responsibility What will you be responsible for: Developing and delivering individualised learning plans for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism. * Guiding students in effective study strategies and techniques. * Collaborating effectively with college staff to ensure a supportive learning environment. * Utilising online teaching technologies to enhance learning experiences. Specifically the activities will be: Designing tailored learning plans. * Providing one-on-one and group tutoring. * Monitoring student progress and adapting plans as needed. * Utilizing online learning platforms and resources. Experience What requirements are we looking for? Proven experience working with students with SPLDs and Autism. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
