This role is ideal for someone with strong trading expertise who enjoys a varied mix of responsibilities, including trade execution (70-80%) and high-level paraplanning . You will work closely with Advisers and the Paraplanning Manager, supporting complex financial strategies and ensuring smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Execute and settle trades accurately and efficiently via platforms such as Fusion and SEI Trading engine , ensuring compliance with tight deadlines. Collaborate with Advisers and the Paraplanning Manager to produce high-quality suitability reports and assist with the preparation of advice documentation. Act as a technical resource to the planning team, ensuring seamless client service. Stay up to date with product, process, and regulatory changes to maintain high compliance standards. Key Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in Paraplanning or a similar technical Administrator role, with strong trading knowledge. Proficiency with trading platforms such as Fusion and SEI . Level 4 Diploma qualified (or near completion) . Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
