Tax Litigation Lawyer 1-4 PQE

About the firm: A leading independent law firm renowned for its expertise in high-value, complex litigation, are recruiting for a Tax Litigation Associate 1-4 PQE to join their practice. About the Role: You will join the firm’s Tax Litigation and Investigations Department, who specialise in advising clients on tax disputes with HMRC and are experts in the field of tax-related commercial litigation. The role will have a particular focus on complex tax disputes with HRMC for high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed business and large corporates; to research and identify opportunities for potential future Tax Litigation cases. About You: You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in tax litigation law.
