Join one of Scotland’s most established rural consultancies Varied portfolio including utilities, valuation, and renewable energy Flexible and hybrid working available Strong team culture and long-term development opportunities Role & Responsibilities Advise on land rights, access, and compensation Carry out site visits and meet clients across the region Support with land referencing and digital mapping Manage compensation claims and valuations (incl. renewables) Liaise regularly with stakeholders and internal teams Work across a range of rural, forestry, and utilities projects Required Skills & Experience Experience as a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent MRICS and Registered Valuer preferred Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in rural sectors (farming, forestry, etc.) beneficial Competent with digital mapping tools (preferred) What You’ll Get Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 30 days annual leave birthday off Hybrid working (3 days in office) Flexible working arrangements Life insurance and 24/7 virtual GP access Cycle to work scheme Paid professional subscriptions Social events throughout the year
