Machine Operator

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our market-leading client in Falkirk on a temporary-to-permanent basis! Working within a busy steel frame manufacturing site, you will be responsible for operating the Frame, Truss and Panel machine. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (with an early finish on Fridays) Pay rate: 14.50 to 15 per hour (paid holidays) Working as a Machine Operator: Providing support to steel manufacturing operations Measuring and cutting using specialist machinery Maintaining and updating company documentation Maintaining a high degree of care and working to Health & Safety standards The successful Machine Operator will ideally have experience operating a Frame, Truss and Panel machine (such as the FRAMA 3200), however we can also consider operators that have experience with CNC machinery and following manufacturing drawings.
