Job Description
CMK Resources is partnering with a leading storage company to identify a Partner Technical Manager to support and expand their EMEA channel operations. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between internal teams and the company's network of over 100 channel partners, many of whom provide not only resale capabilities but also implementation and support services. This role combines operational execution with strategic enablement. You will not only support backend reporting and systems coordination, but also help define, drive, and improve partner service enablement initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in technical services, partner program management, and is capable of managing both structured processes and creative initiatives. *Candidates must be willing to go onsite as needed Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and EMEA channel partners Oversee partner enablement programs including training certification tracking, enablement content delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives Design and deliver programmatic content to support partner growth, including multimedia resources and supporting materials Coordinate onboarding and system access for partners across tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, and Skyline Support day-to-day partner operations by managing data accuracy and performance reporting Help evaluate and assess partner performance and service maturity across the EMEA region Enable the growth and specialization of partners through thoughtful GTM planning and quality service offerings Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams to streamline partner engagement and escalation processes Assist in planning and execution of partner events, forums, and strategic meetings Provide administrative and project management support to the Partner Management function Requirements Experience in partner management, technical account management, customer success, or service delivery Proven ability to define and drive partner enablement programs, including certifications and training initiatives Comfortable with the creation and delivery of programmatic content, including presentations and multimedia formats Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how services are delivered in a channel-led model Technical acumen and familiarity with support and implementation workflows Proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, and other business systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally across global teams Highly organized and capable of shifting between strategic conversations and tactical execution Multilingual capabilities and experience managing EMEA partners are strong assets Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
