This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a range of physical development and infrastructure projects focused mainly but not exclusively within our town centres and or country parks. As a Development Officer you will assist in the preparation of project briefs, business cases and project programmes; monitor contract expenditure; manage resources, including external agencies, and coordinate input from a range of internal and external stakeholders. This post requires someone who has an aptitude for partnership working, working within a degree of uncertainty and complexity.
