Job Description

Requirements: 35 years pastry experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or lodges Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques Creative approach to plating and presentation Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure in a remote environment Culinary or pastry qualification preferred Package Includes: Live-in accommodation and meals Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off to be confirmed) Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) Career growth opportunities within a leading hospitality group
