Non Medical Prescriber - CAMHS ADHD/Autism

Non Medical Prescriber - CAMHS ADHD/Autism £55 p/h Paid via LTD Company. Face to Face required. Minimum 3 days per week. Patient centric approach. Essential Requirements: Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (V300). Background in nursing, pharmacy, or another relevant healthcare field (e.g. RMN, Paediatric Nurse, or Clinical Pharmacist). Demonstrable experience working with children and adolescents with ADHD and/or Autism. Up-to-date knowledge of ADHD medications, side effects, and prescribing protocols. Registered with an appropriate regulatory body (e.g., NMC, GPhC). Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain). Responsibilities : Conduct face-to-face and/or remote consultations for children with diagnosed or suspected ADHD. Initiate, titrate, and monitor pharmacological treatment for ADHD in accordance with guidelines. Liaise with multi-disciplinary colleagues, schools, and families to ensure coordinated care. Provide clinical input into diagnostic pathways, especially where medication management is indicated. Maintain accurate records in line with clinic protocols and CQC requirements. Participate in safeguarding processes and contribute to team meetings and clinical governance. Keep up to date with current evidence, training, and relevant CPD.
