Client Services Manager – B2B Marketing Campaigns Manchester | Full-time | 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) £30-35k private healthcare, wellness program & more Our client, a fast-growing B2B marketing solutions business, is looking for a confident and highly organised Client Services Manager to join their team in Manchester. Working with some of the world’s leading tech and professional services brands, the team delivers smart, content-led demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results. This role is central to making that happen—from onboarding to reporting, you’ll manage day-to-day campaign execution and ensure clients receive exceptional service at every stage. The team works at pace, delivering high-quality campaigns within a 4-day week. It’s a focused, driven environment—and they’re after someone who’s organised, proactive, and takes real pride in getting things done. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the primary contact for clients during campaign delivery Owning campaign setup and execution, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to spec Briefing internal teams and managing timelines via Monday.com Scheduling and publishing content across WordPress and social platforms Overseeing lead delivery and resolving any issues quickly Monitoring performance and presenting clear, insightful reports Using AI tools to improve workflow and drive efficiency Identifying process improvements and supporting continuous service development What they’re looking for: Experience in a client-facing role within marketing, media, or B2B publishing Strong project management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients with precision Comfortable using tools like Monday.com, WordPress and social schedulers A proactive, problem-solving mindset and keen eye for detail Someone who’s adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in a scale-up environment If you're looking for a role that offers ownership, variety and the chance to work with high-profile B2B brands, this could be the perfect next step.
