Financial Controller

Anderson Knight are delighted to be representing our key client in the appointment of a Financial Controller. Operating within an industrial environment, you will be facilitating and driving the implementation and of the Finance infrastructure, providing in depth strategic data pivotal to the growth strategy of the business as well as ensuring robust financial controls and processes. Main duties include: · Management and ownership of the General Ledger · Management of the Audit Process. · Provision of Management accounts · Set up finance team including AP. AR and payroll. · Bank account management. · Financial Modelling. · In depth Financial Analysis. · Bank finance liaison. · Preparation and presentation of board packs. The main candidate will be: · Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA) · Have a strong analytical mindset · Able to interpret complex data · Experienced in strategic decision making · Experience in renewables/engineering would be preferable yet not essential In return is the opportunity to operate in a small Senior Leadership team, tasked with preparing and guiding the business through a critical period in their growth.
