HGV Class 2 Driver

Connect Driver Solutions have an opportunity for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Edinburgh based client - a leading distributor of household furniture. What's on offer? Working week of Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm Weekly pay of 15.25 per hour - paid weekly Immediate start dates available Holiday and sick pay covered Company pension contributions Working as a HGV Class 2 Driver , you will be responsible for manual lifting and handballing, including: Safely unloading the vehicle at client addresses Conducting daily vehicle checks Assisting to plan delivery routes and schedules Driving a class 2 vehicle Logging delivery information correctly Staying aware of any route diversions or updates to your delivery journey The successful HGV Class 2 Driver will have: A valid class 2 driving licence A minimum of 6 months' driving experience Able to drive safely during busy traffic periods, in adverse weather conditions or at night A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role Interested?
