Group Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise group revenue and occupancy Analyse market trends, forecasts, and competitor data to guide pricing and positioning Oversee daily yield management across OTAs and direct booking channels Maintain accurate rate loading, inventory control, and rate parity across platforms Lead OTA and online booking platform strategy and performance monitoring Manage reservations for a flagship property and monitor online revenue across the group Generate regular performance reports and participate in strategic planning sessions Utilise forecasting tools and market data to predict demand and adjust pricing accordingly Minimum Requirements 5 to 8 years experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality Strong relationships with OTAs, booking platforms, and distribution partners Proven ability to drive revenue through pricing, data analysis, and inventory control Experience managing group reservations and rate structures Proficient in demand forecasting and market trend analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong time management, organisational, and analytical skills Matric certificate required; further studies in revenue management is advantageous Must be a South African citizen (RSA ID)
