Job Description As a Building/Housing Contractor, you will: Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, specifically highrise building projects. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Coordinate on-site teams and manage resources effectively. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution. Enforce health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain accurate site diaries and detailed progress reports. Resolve site-related issues and respond to project queries. Qualifications Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Skills Fluent in English and Afrikaans . Strong leadership and organizational capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Solid technical knowledge of construction methods and materials. Proficient in construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
