Education: A Post-graduate qualification in Finance and Accounting is required (MBA or MCom is a strong advantage) Certifications & Licenses (highly preferred in Kenya): Certified Public Accountant CPA-K (mandatory) or ACCA Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Post-graduate qualification (MBA, MCom, or MSc in Finance) is a strong advantage Membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics Familiarity with Kenyan tax laws , audit practices, and financial compliance standards Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit Advanced Microsoft Excel ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Sage) Prior experience at a Big 4 or reputable audit/accounting firm is highly valued Strong understanding of internal controls and financial audits Excellent verbal and written communication APPLY NOW!
